About Autoserv America

If you were not completely thrilled with your last car shopping experience ... you might not be surprised to learn that a majority of buyers surveyed by Kemper, a national market survey company, have said that buying a car is their"... most stressful buying experience."

Another survey by Yankelovich Partners, Inc., finds it, "... the most anxiety provoking and least satisfying of any retail experience."

Not surprising, because whether first time shopping or you've done it before, you're often unsure if you are purchasing the right vehicle or paying a fair price or whether leasing would be a better approach.

Your dealer does not always provide the answers. Someone isn't doing their job. Someone isn't providing the right information. Or someone is displaying an annoying lack of business sense.

And you just can't wait to encounter those stereotype high pressure car selling practices.

Autoserv America is changing that!

Why Can We Do It?

During many years in the Automobile Industry we have gained valuable insights and ideas through thousands of customer/dealer transactions. We used this experience to design simple, easy to use guidelines to assist you in the purchase or lease of a new or used automobile.

Our team consists of people involved in the business for over 100 years between them. None less than 10 years. Every team member had senior level management responsibility. Everyone has an individual reputation for achievement. We are customer oriented and dealer friendly.

These cornerstones of success give us the leadership and capacity to both recognize and earn the confidence of good dealers delivering genuine value to customers. These dealers have been selected to participate in our Fair Dealer Network.

Our Message For Both Buyers And Sellers:

  • The cost of buying a car is too high.
  • The cost of selling a car is too high.
  • The cost of keeping customers satisfied and a continuing source of new business is less than the cost of continually competing for new business.

Objectives of Autoserv America Are:

  • To reduce the cost of buying or leasing automobiles.
  • To reduce the cost of selling automobiles.
  • To develop a better relationship between buyers and sellers.

An Important Comment

"Dramatic changes are taking place in the automobile business that can work to the advantage or disadvantage of both buyer and seller. While buyers and sellers are responsible for safeguarding their own interest, the preservation of a competitive marketplace is in their mutual interest.

Unfortunately, there is a trend in the automobile industry to artificially limit competition. This means drastically reducing the number of dealers available for your shopping pleasure (or displeasure as the case may be). Fewer dealers mean less competition for your business and higher prices for you, the consumer.

Open competition regulates the price of an automobile to a level satisfactory to the buyer and seller. It is capable of weeding out inefficient dealers at the same time.

Dealers participating in our Fair Dealer Network are evidencing their desire to meet the present and future challenges of the marketplace. Their success in this endeavor is ultimately to the benefit of the consumer."
